parents think they have a right to do such a thing to their kids. I chose it to learn more about the topic and the reason why parents to do this.

It happens to kids all across the globe and there are too many abusive parents in the world.
What are you hoping to learn about the subject?
I am hoping to learn ways to stop this cruelty that is happening in millions of homes.
What are you most interested in regarding the topic?
Why the parents think it is alright to abuse their kids for no particular reason.
What potential risks or challenges do you foresee for your project?
The evidence or stories told about this subject and getting sources for it.
I'm sure that you will have no issues finding research on child abuse, or websites that offer support, or stories that can help your argument. It is a broad topic. You just want to make sure that when you're putting together your final presentation, you don't go too graphic with the anecdotes or images you use.
